A Beautiful Day Of Connection - Spiritual Retreat
Hello lovely souls,
I wanted to share a little reflection on our recent Spiritual Dreams Retreat Day and what a beautiful day it was.
We spent the day slowing down, reconnecting with ourselves and creating space to simply be. There were meditations, sound bathing, qigong, chakra and crystal work, witch manifesting workshop, shamanic drumming, art psychic readings, connection, reflection and time out of our busy lives!
But, as always, it was the people who made the day so special.
There was laughter, openness, beautiful conversations and those quiet moments where you could just feel everyone settling, breathing and coming back to themselves.
I love creating these retreat days because they aren't about having to be perfectly spiritual or having everything figured out. They are about stepping away from the busyness of everyday life, listening to yourself and giving yourself permission to pause.
A huge thank you to everyone who joined me. It was a real pleasure to spend the day with you.

A whole day dedicated to you, your wellbeing and your spiritual connection.
Expect a beautiful mix of meditation, sound healing, energy work, grounding, crystals, chakra work, reflection and some festive seasonal magic too.
Whether you're completely new to spiritual practices or you've been on this journey for years, you are very welcome.
It's a chance to step away from the Christmas rush before it really begins, take a breath and give yourself some time to reconnect.
