Brining in Sound healing to tune the energy through and within the body.

An Alchemy Sound Healing experience by Willow Wisp Wellness.

Spiritual hypnosis to connect with your own soul for healing and connecting with a spirit guide for wisdom and guidance

QiGong & Yoga

QiGong energy flow, to tune into your body with gentle flowing movements. Allowing you to be in the present, shifting energy and bring you into balance.

Gentle yoga to give the body a gentle stretch, promoting endurance, strength, calmness, flexibility, and well-being
