What can be expected on the day:
Spiritual Retreat, located Pittington Village Hall, Durham, create a serene and peaceful atmosphere for a full day of spiritual healing.
Meditation & Breathwork
Beautiful relaxing meditations throughout the day to relax the mind, body and soul. Unwind and simply enjoy.
Breathwork including Pranayama.
Bringing in Sound Healing to tune the energy through and within the body.
Qigong energy flow, to tune into your body with gentle flowing movements. Allowing you to be in the present, shifting energy and bring you into balance.
Chakra Balance - Learn about each chakra and have a full chakra balance using crystals with a chakra cleansing meditation.

We're going to have FOUR amazing Tarot Readers joining us at the December Spiritual Retreat!
During our lunch break, you'll have the opportunity to enjoy a personal reading with one of these lovely ladies, taking a little time just for you to explore any questions, gain a fresh perspective, or simply see what messages the cards may have for you.

Dawn from Phoenix Rising
will be leading a deeply nurturing and uplifting session featuring a heart-opening cacao ceremony, followed by a guided meditation accompanied by shamanic drumming and journeying.
Mindful Creativeness With Lindsey from Crooked Halo
Let your mind relax while your hands are busy, enjoy some mindful creativity and share thoughtful conversations with like-minded people.
Spiritual Techniques - Bringing peace to your mind, bringing focus to your emotions, and healing and techniques to your whole being.
