Crystals are for children too! In fact children are usually drawn to crystals and rocks and I've noticed this myself when doing stalls/fairs that children are always attracted to them!
 
There are a variety of crystals that can be good for children, just like us adults use them, I have picked my favourite crystals that can help children with a multitude of things; sleep, protection, emotional balance, positive energy.
 
Get them to hold their crystals, keep them in their pockets, also use rose quartz and amethyst under their pillow to aid peaceful sleep!
 
Amethyst- protecting the energy, raising the vibration and being positive energy
Rose quartz - for healing, loving, calming energy. Ideal to place under the pillow at night for pleasant dreams
Jasper - to ground the energy, bringing a feeling of safety, security and connection to Earth
Tigers Eye - to balance the sacral chakra, bringing energy balance to aid with anxiety and worries
Aquamarine- a calming energy crystal, for emotional balance and calming energy. Also good to help with communication.
