Now, this is the question I asked myself when I first heard about Reiki. What actually happens during a session? The short answer: Reiki helps to balance your body’s energy system.

I remember my first session by my Reiki Master. I felt a gentle warmth where her hands rested, and a wave of calm washed over me. It felt like my body was remembering how to relax deeply. After the session my whole body was in complete relaxation. I have monthly Reiki session myself to help remove those energy blocks and realign me.
